Video: Titanfall | A glimpse of what a potential show could look like?
If you haven’t seen it by now, Play Fight has released an action-packed CG trailer for Titanfall, titled “Free the Frontier,” where a lone pilot rampages through the battlefield with the help of his trusty Auto-Titan. See below:
That was pretty damn awesome. The only question is, what is it’s purpose? The game was released 6 months ago, and while it would have gotten me pretty amped for the game had I seen it some time before release, the middle of August seems like an odd time to simply drum-up interest in an already semi-popular game. Could this be a preview of what could be if they decided to make a Titanfall show/movie? Or is it simply an elaborate tech demo by the folks at Play Fight to show off what they can do? Whatever it is, it’s pretty damn impressive. And now I feel like playing Titanfall…
